"Fantastic service (really!) and were able to work us in same day.
My wife was seen by an ER general doc over the weekend for an eye issue. She needed a recheck on Monday by an eye doctor, and they took our appointment at short notice request.
Dr Karamchandani was amazing (truely!) Did a thorough exam of wife’s situation, assured her of expected outcomes and laid out a care and comfort plan. She explained everything along the way. Best bedside manner we’ve ever experienced.
We left and mentioned to each other that was probably the best and smoothest medical check ever."

The optometrist did a great job making my 10 year old feel at ease and explaining everything to him and giving recommendations in next steps (with glasses). And Brooke went ABOVE AND BEYOND being supportive and encouraging when it was time for him to pick out his glasses. She listened and valued his input and really made him feel great about the choice he made. I am so glad we found such a great place for our vision needs!!"

"From the front desk to the Doctors and everyone in between they took excellent care of me and the attention to detail was unmatched! As a 50 y/o man who doesn’t like to go to the doctors office for anything, they were exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an eye doctor.

They figured out what was wrong with my daughter’s eyes in the first visit. This is something that was missed for 17 years and they picked up on it immediately and got it corrected. I am eternally grateful and would t let anyone else treat my families eyes! Thank you Dr K and staff for all you do!"

"We’re new to the area, and all 3 of us were in need of eye exams/ glasses. All the staff was wonderful and professional and friendly! Dr, Karamchandani, (Dr K), was beyond amazing! I’ve never had a more through exam, or had a doctor take the time to ensure I was getting the right prescription for my new glasses! She answered all our questions and took her time with each & every one of us! Dr K diagnosed issues with our allergies affecting our eyes as well! No one has ever done that before, that’s for sure!! "Probably the best spot in the N. Austin area to not only get your eyes checked but also to get your frames. Dr. K was friendly and super helpful. I have 1 question that I ask every doctor that I've worked with and I finally got a satisfactory answer.
But the best part is that the optician (i can't remember her name :/) is the best one I've worked with hands down. Not only does she carry a wide range of up-to-date styles but she's SUPER patient. I felt bad that it took us about an hour to settle on a frame (mostly on me) but I'm 1000% satisfied with it.
I highly recommend this place."
